absolutely worthless coffee which wasn't even lukewarm. exorbitant charges apart from coffee price yet, coffee so unprofessionally made

The basic knowledge? The basic communication skills? And the manager don’t even try to bring the solution. The hygienic? They tried to serve me an unsealed bottle of juice, when I tried to confront, they were just talking and don’t even take the concern that I was imposing. The worst blue tokai outlet ever. This was one of the rare disappointing visits to Blue Tokai as I have a liking for this chain and hold it in high regard. After a recent great experience at Blue Tokai Domlur in Bangalore, wanted to try the same dish again in Noida (Guacamole on toast with boiled eggs). Initially we were told that boiled eggs were not possible but then they were arranged. The eggs on the dish are supposed to be soft boiled as I had experienced at other outlets. Not only were the eggs hard boiled, there was a piece of hair stuck outside one of the boiled eggs and one of the eggs was bad (smelly). Guacamole and sour dough bread were palatable. Other dish we ordered was scrambled eggs and chicken on sour dough. Smoked chicken and sourdough breads were fine but again the eggs were a disappointment. Scrambled eggs were chewy and they were served cold. Upon enquiring, the person confirmed that the eggs are delivered to them pre boiled or pre booked and they just serve it which was scary to hear. Since scarmbled eggs were returned uneaten, we ordered a bagel with cream cheese. Bagel was very hard and we left it as well (Bagel was made complimentary later on for the other goof ups with all the eggs) Coffees ordered were cortado and cappuccino and they were good and up to Blue Tokai standards. This experience left a sour taste and a bad reputation for Blue Tokai. Other than seating and coffee, it was a disappointing experience. Money spent/ wasted INR 1270. Would not recommend for food. Go for coffee. Service: Dine in Meal type: Breakfast Price per person: ₹400–600 Food: 1 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4
