I have been buying Country Sourdough from Suchali's /Blue Tokai twice or thrice a month. Really enjoy and relish the bread. But lately the loaves I have been getting seemed the shape has been flattened. Not sure if the online customers are being passed on the rejected or non-usable bread from the stores. This time I got one of the flattest one as if it hadn't baked or risen properly. Last two mornings I had a toasted slice ending in stomach issuesvand trip to the bathrooms. Never had this kind of issue before.Hopefully Suchali's would start having a better quality control about their bread and their baking process.
