I love Blue Tokai I've been visit this outlet for quite a while. The food and baked goods are really good. The seating can be improved. They need to stop playing music at this outlet though. I go to Blue Tokai cause its quite and peaceful but music ruins the peace Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 2
