Hi! We're very sorry to hear that the cappuccino wasn't up to the mark. We assure you that all our beverages are prepared with care using our specially curated recipes and fresh ingredients to provide optimum taste satisfaction. Also, the foam in cappuccinos doesn’t stay the same during delivery as it does in the cafe. During transit, the foam tends to settle and lose its texture due to movement and time..
