The pasta is super spicy although there is no information about spicy pepper (only about bell pepper)

Had ordered 1) grilled chicken sandwich2) grilled chicken croissant sandwich 3) smoked chicken scrabbled eggs4) smoked chicken ham and cheese croissant2 out of 4 items had gone bad. We couldn't figure out what exactly had gone bad. 3rd and 4th were good.
