Service at this outlet was much slower than what I’ve experienced at other Blue Tokai locations. Usually, I find the staff welcoming and efficient, but this time the environment didn’t feel inviting, and my order took much longer than expected multiple times. Disappointing experience—would not recommend this outlet.

Pathetic. Went there at 7 and were told the cafe opens at 7:30 despite the display board on the door highlighting 7 am service.
