Visitors BEWARE - Horrifying experience here! Been served an everyday bagel which needed a hammer to break. We requested for a strong coffee milkshake but again needed to send it back as the clumsy server forgot “strong”. Our woes didn’t end here: We ordered mains Pasta Agli e Olio , received a raw flavourless dry spaghetti - had to send it back!! As a replacement we ordered a Cottage Cheese Sandwich - received Chicken Pepproni !! Being vegetarians this is a shock for us - especially as being regulars to this Blue Tokai. What’s more disgusting is the casual attitude of the chef, server and all involved - which clearly shows Blue Tokai doesn’t care anymore about their quality and customer experience. So to future visitors, at your own risk!!
