You can go to this restaurant if you appear to be near Betla National Park. At Blue Mug Cafe, you will be offered Chinese cuisine. It's worth coming to this place for perfectly cooked chicken club sandwiches, margarita grilled chicken and chicken steaks. Eating tasty orange brownies, chocolate sandwiches and lemon sundae is a nice experience here. Come to this spot for good Irish coffee, strawberry sangria or wine. I recently visited Blue Mug Café and, unfortunately, my experience was far from pleasant. While the food was just about average—nothing particularly memorable or disappointing—the overall service left much to be desired. The staff seemed inattentive and disinterested, showing little concern for the customers. It felt like we had to constantly wave or call out to get any attention, which made the entire dining experience frustrating. Basic things like providing water glasses took an unreasonable amount of time, and instead of proper water glasses, we were given shake glasses, which felt lazy and unprofessional. A café’s ambiance and service play a huge role in the overall experience, and in this case, poor service significantly overshadowed even the food. Unless there are some serious improvements made in staff training and customer service, I wouldn’t recommend visiting Blue Mug Café again. Food: 4 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 4 Price per person: ₹600–800
