Writing this review after visiting the second time, foods are good but the come and take the order very late if we go and sit also they will not come and take we have to keep on calling them , it’s such a bad manner pls try to improve . Apart from that butter chicken and grill was good and lemon soda was also good Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: ₹200–400 Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4

Don't fool the customer. We are a family of 6 went for a dinner today to blue moon resto. My initial impression was mediocre by seeing the ambiance and it become worst after having our dinner. The area of improvement is vast out of them i have listed few and i hope it reaches to the management. 1. Lack of menu Engineering. - Most of the food mentioned in the menu was not available to order. -Eventhough some of the products are available but those doesnt justify its name. For example, we ordered roti but it tasted like chapathi because they didn't operate tandoor oven today. 2. Lack of training to staff, No SOPs. - I appreciate they used banana leaf for plates. - No water glass or tissues kept in the table. - None of the staffs weared Hair net and hand glows. - we requested the staff to take note of our order so they won't miss anything but they oraly took our order and messed up while serving them to our table. - As a courtasy you need inform the customer about the estimate time to prepare our order, so we will be mentally prepared to wait. Also we expect to apologies incase there is any delay in preparing the order. 3. Need Improvement in Food Quality. - Inspite of delay in preparing order, food tasted average. Mushroom starter was too much salty. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: ₹400–600 Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3
