The coffee that was ordered was an Americano and half the order leaked out from the cup and it's gone to waste. What is the point of paying for the whole item when only half of it can be consumed

we the outlet try our best in packing, but the concern is the delivery partners are very careless, even though we highlight the partners for proper delivery they dont listen but still some how they spill, there is no point of pointing out the restaurant for partners issues.
