Food is simply awesome. Rooms are also well maintained. Room service and ambience are also ok. BUT the concern is the way they handled the water problem that we faced in the morning hours for almost more than an hour. Service: 3

My name is M.D.N Prasad from suryapet telangana I have checked in the hotel (the room number is 302) at 5.00 pm of 9/6/23 Friday and checked out at 9.00 am of 10/06/23 Saturday I have asked the payment receipt after I had paid the room fee of 4000 rupees they told me that they will send the payment bill on WhatsApp but they didn't send us please look into the matter the branch of the hotel is Hotel minerva grand (blue fox) veterinary colony vijayawada
