Its an average budgetory hotel. Rooms are good. But bedsheets and bath sanitation upkeeping is average. Food is very good for me. Hotel management may visit the baths and bedsheets for better improvement. Service: 3

Rooms are shabby and smell mouldy. The quilt is dirty and there are small cockraoch roaming free. The hall way is filthy. Not worth the price and the 3* hotel rating. Service: 3

My name is M.D.N Prasad from suryapet telangana I have checked in the hotel (the room number is 302) at 5.00 pm of 9/6/23 Friday and checked out at 9.00 am of 10/06/23 Saturday I have asked the payment receipt after I had paid the room fee of 4000 rupees they told me that they will send the payment bill on WhatsApp but they didn't send us please look into the matter the branch of the hotel is Hotel minerva grand (blue fox) veterinary colony vijayawada
