Located conveniently along the highway, this restaurant is a hidden gem that truly impressed me with its warm ambience, swift service, and delicious food. From the moment I walked in, I was struck by the beautifully maintained interiors and relaxed vibe. The ambience strikes a great balance between being cozy and upscale — perfect for casual dinners as well as small celebrations. The seating is spacious, well-lit, and thoughtfully arranged to provide comfort and privacy. One of the biggest highlights of my visit was the excellent staff service. The team here is genuinely courteous and attentive without being intrusive. They made sure everything was taken care of, right from helping us choose the best dishes to checking in occasionally to ensure we were comfortable. Now coming to the food — it was a delight! Our order arrived within just 10 minutes, which was pleasantly surprising. The menu offers a variety of vegetarian and non-vegetarian options, all reasonably priced, making it an affordable spot for a great meal. My personal favourite is their Crispy Chilli Chana— perfectly spiced, crunchy on the outside, soft inside, and bursting with flavour. It’s a must-try for anyone who enjoys Indo-Chinese flavours. Other dishes we tried were equally satisfying in taste and presentation. Whether you're planning a family dinner, catching up with old friends, or just passing by NH33 and craving a hearty meal, Blue Diamond offers a wonderful experience on all fronts.
