Disgusting food. They give kerosine oil flavour chicken butter masala in Swiggy delevery. Jab acha khana nai de sakte tao close the resturant. After giving review manager is like kuch baat hai hi nai. Food inception hona chaiye is resturant me..worst food quality. Food: 1

madam can we have your order id number of swiggy , so we can see what u has order , so we can take action on it . but BLUE DIAMOND know about there good quantity and quality food , at our kitchen we use SOP, MISA PLA and MISA IN RULES . then also madam if u find any issue on the food plz call, us at that time when u get the food pack we will sure change it as soon as possible . thank you

Food is fine but quantity and gravy isn't . Quality of cutterlery is bad. Place is not hygienic and clean. Laccha paratha is made from flour ( wheat ) which is not worth it. Decent for family dine in although quality of food and overall experience doesn't justify the price. It has deteriorated over time earlier it was good. I had ordered from blue diamond sakchi store several times.. this time also I ordered for paneer kadhai and mushroom masala with 12 plain rotis and 5 butter rotis.. and I must say that BD has degraded it's quality rigorously. I can very well understand with panner and mushroom that sometimes it may happen that taste might not be good.. it happens but what happened with plain and butter roti... Both plain and butter roti was so much thick that we had to tear it using both our hands... Very much disappointed. This was my last order from BD. No more wasting money on such kind of food.
