Visited Blue Chilly Bar and Restaurant in Candolim — the food was quite good, especially the seafood, with decent portion sizes and authentic Goan flavors. However, the service was noticeably slow, even for simple orders. Also, the place is not ideal for non-smokers as there's no clear separation between smoking and non-smoking areas, which can make the experience unpleasant if you're sensitive to smoke. Worth a visit for the food, but be prepared to wait, and maybe skip it if you’re looking for a smoke-free environment. Price per person: ₹400–600 Food: 3 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 1

As for smoking, we are non-smoking restaurant, and this is clearly marked with signs throughout the venue. Unfortunately, we are not always able to monitor every guest’s behaviour in real time.
