even after delaying the order for so long (30 mins of delay) the packing was torn due to the oil. the kachoris and radha ballabhis were cold. the food was delivered in 12 mins so it wasn't the rider that caused the delay then why was the food so cold?

We are extremely concerned about your cold food,but be rest assured that all our cooked item menus are make to order and we are serving at bare minimum price.since variety was 2 -3 items in same order so it might be delayed due to the last item production such as jalebi.please note we make fresh food upon receipt of order and commited for Guarantee the Hyiegine and Quality.however we are working on solutions for hotness preservation of the food item.thanks in advance for your patronage and look for serving you in future.
