I’m not one to leave reviews often, but this Lotus Biscoff Cheesecake truly deserves one! The creaminess is on point, with just the right amount of Biscoff crunch to balance it out. It’s the kind of dessert that makes you savor every bite and forget everything around you. Hands down my new favorite treat at Bleu9!
