Typical example of restaurants lowering their service and charging at their own will once its up & running. Earlier the service was really good and there was no service charge, now the service has become too slow, serving person most of the time clueless and they mandatorily charge 10% SC! Guys this is not mandatory let me tell you and if you are unhappy with the service just deny paying, you are well within your rights to do that!
Earlier it was 1+1 on food, now flat 20% off if you pay through zomato of which 10% they recover back through SC! You will go down blackbucks, the way you went up! For how long you will keep running with disappointed customers! Never ever gonna go there again!
