Their customer service is the worst. I ordered a tea and was in a call. As soon as I finished the tea, they turned the fan off. After a while I ordered another tea and asked to turn the fan on. They did it and as soon as I finished the tea, they turned off the fan. They are least concerned about customer service and does these petty things
