It's worth coming to this cafe to try perfectly cooked grilled chicken sandwiches, pizza salads and pizza rustica. The truth is that you will really like good blueberry cheesecakes, blueberry pie and brownies. Order delicious rum. It's nice to try great cold coffee, ice tea or dark coffee.

A picture perfect setting in the midst of the stately homes in Campal lies a serendipitous café – Black Vanilla next to a bookstore. It has the prettiest entrance with a cosy yet rustic ambiance, quaint ‘loft’ styled windows, niche seating, also the French quotes on the walls and an artsy decor enhances the overall experience of eating. The cabinets, as one enters, showcase the cuisines on offer - French and European. If one had to summarize this place in two words, it would be experimental and diverse.It makes the perfect setting for a date or to catch up with friends. Coming to their servings, some of their most recommended try-outs are burgers which has a choice of whole wheat or multigrain bagel bun, next is the prawn and calamari Caesar salad, mac and cheese. In beverages, you can quench your thirst with their range of iced teas infused with fruit flavours. Don’t miss their Instagram worthy cheesecake. Good service and not much need of recommendation as their menu is simple and sorted. Overall if you're looking for spending some peaceful early evening then Black Vanilla is your go-to place.
