1. they don't serve authentic food.
2. they deliver wrong food. they don't know what is Chicken Kasha. Delivered Chicken Curry.
3. the quality and packaging of food is worst.
4. I am sure they don't maintain hygiene
5. I also doubt whether they might be keeping good raw stuffs or not.
