We had the most amazing time staying in black pepper guest house. They totally welcome you to their home and family and you automatically feel at home. The rooms were very clean and spacious, the water was super hot and the food Durga and Mitali make was incredible!! And the rooftop is so cool and homey. The price is budget friendly and you can also take cooking classes and go on a walking tour with the family. We took the tour with Mitali and saw a completely different side of Udaipur. The location is also amazing right next to the lake and by many restaurants and cafes We will for sure be back cannot recommend more!!!!

We stayed 4 nights and had a great time. The whole family is lovely, very helpful and quick to answer any question. The room was clean, confortable and quite enough, even if it’s in the old city. The location is perfect since you can walk anywhere. We had a lot of fun doing a cooking lesson with Mitali as well. Thank you so much for your hospitality and hope to see you again

We had the best time at Black Pepper! The family is so so lovely, rooms are perfect and have everything you need, and it’s in an ideal location. Would highly recommend you join Durga’s cooking class! She gives you so much info and makes the class fun. The food was also delicious! Everyone was so helpful with any inquiries we had. Durga also did the most beautiful henna for me! Can’t recommend Black Pepper enough
