This hotel is also known as Hotel Ganga Residency. It is located on 7th floor of a mall which is closed for renovation since long time and feels like deserted. This could look scary if you are going in evening/night as there is only 1 guard who sleeps (at night time) in a store on ground floor and you wouldn't see anyone else there. The hotel rooms are spacious but not well maintained. Service is not up to the mark. There is a notice pasted in room that if something gets misplaced (or isn't in room while checking our) like towel or slippers, they will charge for that. But there wasn't towel and other items in the room when checked in. Had to ask the reception twice to send these items. They confirmed that we can checkout late by 1 hour at 12 PM. But they called in the room landline asking to checkout by 10:45 AM. They could have said this in the first place itself.
