An absolute disaster of an experience at Black Bagheera. We ordered the Peach Ice Tea, Cold Brew Shake, and the Mediterranean Platter — and every single item was a slap in the face to basic food and beverage expectations. The Peach Ice Tea was disgustingly sweet, overloaded with artificial essence. When we politely requested a correction, all they did was toss it in a shaker with two ice cubes and hand it back — no change, no apology, and no care. We made it clear we didn’t want it and they took it back and then they still had the audacity to bill us for it, bill us for something that we didn't consume ! The so-called "Cold Brew Shake" — what a joke. It was nothing more than regular cold coffee. Cold brew? Not even remotely close. The Mediterranean Platter? A confused mess. Overly sweet components, with a salsa so sour it made our faces cringe. All in all, Black Bagheera is a perfect example of style without substance. Pretentious branding, pathetic delivery.
