There is advertisement outside shop which say 1+1 to make innocent people fool. I ordered 1 pizza and french fries along with cake. But during billing they gave 50 Rs discount, and gave excuse that 1+1 means 50 Rs off. Moreover they didn't give 50 Rs discount on rate mentioned on advertisement but on regular price. I m not angry on the price but making people fool by giving wrong advertisement is totally unacceptable. Pizza very bad in taste just lots of onion with cheese and lots of chilly. Cake is good but not satisfied with pizza. Last but not least if you have enough money you can buy cake but don't go for pizza. And don't believe on rates display outside. Ordered black current with strawberry 1 kg customised cake for my son 1/2 birthday. Photos are shared in Watsapp for reference. As per catalog the cake charge is about 900+ and extras I have asked in fountains they charged for that. Today I went to take delivery of the cake. They are giving me different cake and in nick of the time he is asking me to pay extra and that cash counter man talking rudely that 1 kgs can’t be done. I have proof of photo I shared in Watsapp for customisation. But the cash counter guy deleted that and did his own design. To note I ordered cake before a week of the party and I haven’t informed in call or text that it can’t be done but at the end they spoiled the complete function and couldn’t take up the order. This is completely not acceptable customer service you guys are giving. If you don’t know to make customisation please don’t accept the orders or tell prior so that we can go to other better shops who give priority in customer satisfaction. Disrespectful situation we faced coz of this shop. Service: 1
