Sub par service, poor management especially the night staff for a star hotel. Food quality was not good for vegetarian dishes and had food poisoning. We had a broken bed at 3 am in the morning out of the blue. Housekeeping cleans the room and leaves all trash under bed or behind furniture. My one year old made a lot of discovery of dust and trash. He had a stuffy nose and was unable to breathe one night. The welcome kit mentioned on call the doctor, but the night staff was not bothered to help out or provide any more information even though there are big medical hospitals nearby. Their hospitality is lacking at best. I definitely won't be going there again Price per person: ₹800–1,000 Food: 2 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2

I have been here thrice and been watching the service. This is the ultimate review and will never go back there. 1. Decent setting for Trivandrum. 2. Crowd is also just ok. 3. Poor service, managers are clueless. 4. Stale and flat beer served. Not even an apology from the manager, forget about any adjustment in the bill. 5. They are stingy even on napkins. 6. Bathroom is not clean and is not even sensor cleaned. 7. Usually too hot. 8. Friends have reported billing mistakes more than once. 9. Food is average. 10. Please scrutinize your bill before you leave. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

Atmosphere is great but service and complementary are pretty bad when compared to other 4star pubs or bar. They provide pool games but without shooting stick . You can just see the pool table and go back home. I suggest to better change the service guys Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 5
