Did a take out based on repeated recommendation of family and friends...tandoori mutton burrah is just out of the world...tender, juicy, smoky and very well done...gives my previous benchmark of tandoori mutton chops at Tayyab's London hard competition...also worth trying is their tandoori sole fish mildly spiced, succulent and juicy pieces...cooked very very well...Bittu tandoori meat shop has definitely earned a spot in my top 3 food jaunts in Amritsar!
