After my recent visit to Bittu Fish Corner here is what i found: Bittu fish shop has been serving Singhara fried fish from many generations of their family. You can easily reach out to them and taste this delicacy at Residency Road, jammu outside Kashmir Government Arts Emporium (Jammu Branch).They only serve one fish variety i.e. Singhara fish. The fried fishes are served in plates with chutneys. The outer layer of the fried fish is quite crisp but it is quite juicy and tender from inside. Service: Dine in Meal type: Brunch Price per person: ₹400–600
