I had came from aluva just to try the nashville chicken tenders but they said that it would be ready only by 5 in the evening ,they havn't mentioned this in the instagram reels or any other platforms .Very dissapointing. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I tried Bite Box recently and had a good experience overall. The food was tasty, portions decent, and the ambiance was comfy enough. The staff were polite, and I want to give a shout-out to the billing section — my friend works there and made sure everything was smooth and quick when settling the bill. A small thing — on a crowded day, there was a bit of wait time. But I think that’s expected when it’s busy. If you’re looking for a casual spot to eat, Bite Box is definitely worth checking out.
