Everything needs to be improved here, from staff to food to service. Pathetic service and unprofessional staff. Waiting time is huge, food not available, rate is high. Please don’t visit and waste your time.

This place is a disaster. For a hint of what type of clientele they generally serve, and why they are rated any more than zero stars, look no further than the “selfie zone” inside the restaurant. Got it? Here are some of many problems:1) Long wait time: You’ll need to sign up downstairs and wait for an indefinite time.2) Baggage restrictions: I’ve dined at hundreds of restaurants across the world, and this is the only one that required me to check in my shopping bag. They didn’t know why, said it’s an “order from higher ups”.3) Long wait time: Having been sat at a table, and ordered, there’s again a long wait for the food. Why not just hand the menu while people are waiting and take their order?4) Crappy service: Our table had no napkins, no silverware, no glasses for water. Many of the items on the menu weren’t available. Our server missed one of the items we had ordered and had to be reminded for it. 5) No rest room: There’s one rest room, downstairs, for which you’ve to take the elevator all the way down, and go back up. The rest room is disgustingly dirty and smells of piss.6) Overpriced: Food was priced at least 3x more than what I’d expect given the taste, ambiance and service.Only go there if you’re the type that checks in on Facebook every time they go to the rest room. Otherwise, there are plenty of better, faster and cheaper options.
