I ordered Red Sauce Pasta for takeaway and specifically requested for the sauce to be made thick. Before placing the order, I even asked whether it comes with 2 garlic breads, as mentioned in the menu, and the staff at the counter confirmed it. When I opened my order, the pasta was extremely watery and oily. There were hardly 7-8 proper pasta pieces — the rest were broken bits floating in sauce. On top of that, there was no garlic bread included. When I asked, the staff casually said they were out of garlic bread and refunded just ₹10 — as if that compensates for a clearly badly prepared order and the overall disappointment. This was not even a rush hour — there was literally no other customer at that time. If this kind of quality is being served at a non-peak hour, what can one expect when the place is busy? Bistro near Vijay Nagar and Kamla Nagar has always been my go-to since college days — but this NSP outlet (the one next to Sukhchai) has been extremely disappointing. I request the outlet manager to supervise the staff more seriously or consider replacing them. Very poor experience. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Tried their exotic garlic bread and cold coffee, which was very good, especially cold coffee it was thick. But we were seeing a lot of flies there, so they should install something like a stand fan also. Price per person: ₹200–400 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 3 Recommended dishes: Exotic Garlic Bread
