Ordering nicely cooked chicken, biryani and pizza is what many visitors recommend. The cute staff works hard, stays positive and makes this place great. Service at this restaurant is something one can name terrific. As a number of reviewers state, the atmosphere is enjoyable. But most people who use Google didn't give Bistro Ayami a high rating.

Me and my family had lunch from there... there was no rush at all even it took more than 30 minutes to serve, We ordered total 4 biriyanis and 1 chicken fried rice. At first they served 2 biriyanis and told us the other 2 are biriyanis are on the way, after 10 minutes the waiter came and told us there is no more biriyani so he could provide us chicken 65 biriyani at the same price... We were ok with that... But the chicken 65 biriyani was like- there was no masala but only just rice with chicken fry... And the chicken fried rice was so dry and felt like normal "pacha ari" When i was about to pay the bill, i had expressed my feedback to the cashier. I told him that " the food was so bad and i felt like it ain't worthy, you better improve your dishes" To be honest the cashier don't even care what i have told him, if he is good with customers atleast he could have listened to my word with patience... I'm so disappointed with their service and food, i won't recommend this restaurant/cafe to anybody, that's why I'm posting this review on Google There are some other good restaurants out there in Kattangal Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: ₹1–200 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1 Recommended dishes: Chicken Biriyani

fried rice is not a ready meal it has a preperation time and we are serving hundreds of plate biriyanis every day anyhow we serve first costomer first so that time was bit busy. There is a policy from us any Costomer doesnt like our food a complete refund provided and no questien where asked but not google dose. it is not a malabari restaurant and this kind of review we getting only when typical Keralites Comes :...
