I had ordered white sauce pasta on 21/02/2025 through Swiggy at my work place. A cockroach was found in the same. After complaining, Swiggy initiated only a 50% refund without stating any other action. When I called the restaurant, the worker told me that his owner would speak to me. It is really disappointing to see the level of accountability possessed by Swiggy and Bistro 57, DC Chowk branch! Food: 1

i have ordered hot chocolate so many times with the restaurant and my experience always has been wonderful. but this time it's just watery and milky. not good.
