Overall they are doing great work But The service is notably slow. Even when the restaurant is nearly empty, the waiters don't proactively come to the table to take your order and I felt they were little untrained. During peak hours, be prepared to raise your voice just to get someone’s attention. It can feel a bit chaotic trying to get an order placed. The Food The food here is generally impressive, especially considering how affordable it is. The Thalis are the star of the show well portioned and balanced. The Shahi Paneer was delicious, and the Dal, Matar Paneer, and Chutney were all flavorful and fresh. The Roti was decent exactly what you’d expect for a solid meal. Avoid the Butter Paneer It was honestly pathetic it tasted like it isn't a regular menu item or was just a bad batch. Service: Dine in Price per person: ₹1–200 Food: 4 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 5

So far, I’ve only tried tea at Bishnoism, and I must say it’s one of the best in Bikaner! The taste was rich and refreshing. Haven’t tried the food yet, but definitely planning to soon. Will update my review once I do! Price per person: ₹1–200

Review: Bishnoism Dharmshala's Bajri Ki Roti Churma with Plain Daal I recently had the opportunity to try Bishnoim Dharmshala's Bajri Ki Roti Churma with plain daal, and here's my feedback: -Ambiance:The restaurant truly lives up to its name, offering an authentic and culturally immersive experience. The sitting arrangement and overall ambiance are a great reflection of traditional Rajasthani culture. -Quality and Taste:The food was delicious and of good quality, particularly the bajri ki roti and desi gur, which were perfectly suited to the winter season. The plain daal was also tasty. -Quantity:Unfortunately, the quantity of the food was not satisfactory. We had to purchase a full plate of plain daal in addition to the bajri ki roti churma, which felt a bit excessive. - Value for Money:For a normal diet, I would suggest serving one full plate of plain daal with one plate of bajri ki churma for one person. -Additional Note:It's worth mentioning that ghee is served separately, so it's best to request it specifically before ordering. -Service: The staff were extremely polite and kind, making the overall experience enjoyable. Overall, I would recommend Bishnoim Dharmshala for its authentic food and warm hospitality.
