Disappointing Experience – Twice! I visited Biryani Queen twice, hoping for a better experience the second time, but unfortunately, it was just as bad. Most of the menu items were unavailable, leaving the steward repeatedly apologizing. On my second visit, they gave me the same excuses as before, despite promising improvements. Shockingly, a waitress even suggested leaving a negative review because the owner refuses to provide sufficient inventory, trying to run the restaurant "somehow" rather than properly. This shows a complete disregard for customer satisfaction. If the management doesn’t take feedback seriously, they will continue to lose customers like me. Until they improve, I wouldn’t recommend wasting time or money here. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: ₹400–600 Food: 1 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3

All food items are available for serving to the guest . It’s shocking to hear such complaint . However I request you to visit again. To our restaurant and I assure you that you will serve much better qualitative .

I recently visited this restaurant and ordered biryani, but unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. The quality of the food was not up to the mark – the taste was bland, and the ingredients did not seem fresh. I expected better, considering the reputation. The worst Biryani place in Patna. The chef himself saying that the owner is not providing enough ingredients, masala for dishes. Kindly do not order biryani from here. Every type of biryani looks the same, taste the same whether it's awadhi, kolkata or hyderabadi. Even 1 rs is not worth here. Chef is agreeing that all the positive comments are paid post.
