Chiken is totly uncooked and test less flewor no baindding rice with Indian spices only toss chiknen and rice this is not a chiken biryani dear
Can I send aunthetic biryani recipe
Chopped grevy
Chopd garlic
Tuch of chiken cury
Tuch off curd
Salt
Red chili powder
Coriander powder
Gram masala
Biryani masala (with some indian whole spicees)
Kewar water
Rose water
Sefron water
Coriander leaves fine chopped

And toss well rice chose dum rice and normal' cooked rice
Garinish mint . ginger slice . coriander .desi ghee
