After reading the reviews, it can be concluded that the restaurant "The Biryani Mahal" in Varanasi has not been able to impress its customers. The biryani served is said to be plain and tasteless with no masala or fragrance of spices. The staff is also not good, as they didn't provide cutlery or tissue paper even after special requests. The quality of food is also not up to the mark. The hygiene level is also not satisfactory. It can be concluded that this restaurant needs to improve its services and quality of food in order to satisfy its customers.

The restaurant had a cozy and clean vibe, with neat seating arrangements and soft background music. I ordered their Hyderabadi Biryani and Chicken Biryani , and it was absolutely delicious. The rice was perfectly cooked — fluffy and aromatic — and the spices were beautifully balanced. The Chicken was tender, juicy, and full of flavor. The portion size was generous; one plate could easily satisfy two people. The prices were reasonable too — total around 600 for a hearty portion — which felt totally worth it considering the quality and taste. Service was quick, and the staff was friendly and attentive.
