After reading the reviews, it can be concluded that the restaurant "The Biryani Mahal" in Varanasi has not been able to impress its customers. The biryani served is said to be plain and tasteless with no masala or fragrance of spices. The staff is also not good, as they didn't provide cutlery or tissue paper even after special requests. The quality of food is also not up to the mark. The hygiene level is also not satisfactory. It can be concluded that this restaurant needs to improve its services and quality of food in order to satisfy its customers.

The service and staff is horrible they do not know how to even talk to you properly. You will keep calling them but they will keep walking past you like you do not even exist. They just don't even care. The place is called Biryani Mahal but the biryani itself is horrible. Them calling that Biryani is a disgrace. Other food is also very average. Would not recommend and would not return. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Food: 2 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2
