When I ordered in online apps, many times I got chicken bones in Mutton Biriyani and the mutton flavour was not there. This keeps on repeating even after I reported issues. Food when it is served in good manner is good, but many times served with old rice, bones etc and affects the taste. Food: 3 Service: 2

M aj Two Plate Veg Biryani liya jisme se 1 plate Basi and bhut hi thandha tha... actually in logo ka stock end tha 4 plate ka order kiya gya tha but 2 plate Mila jisme se 1 plate kharab diya gya tha... Jb complain kiya gya iske bare me to bola ja rha h Aisa nhi ho sakta h, wrong counter pe call h, wrong number, yani jis customer ko ye sale kr rhe h, us customer ka feedback koi matter nhi kr rha h... This is called monopoly... M regular customer hu. But aj feel ho rha h ki mujhe Biryani Mahal ko apne best list se hata dena chahiye. Total Bakwas....
