Food is average in taste, but the service is really pathetic and the waiters behave very rudely. They delayed delivering the food after we placed the order at the table. When I told another waiter about it, he said, “Ask the person who took your order.” It's the first time I’m in Bihar, so I have no idea whether Bihar generally lacks professionalism or if just that place is really pathetic. The atmosphere is also poor. The sofas and couches are dirty and look like their covers have never been changed since the day the place opened. The ACs are not working properly, and there is leakage from the ceiling above the tables. If Bihar lacks professionalism, then it's okay—I actually didn’t have many expectations from Bihar. I visited Biryani Mahal for dine-in ️. The food was okay, some dishes were enjoyable but others lacked flavor. The service was adequate; staff completed requests but didn't go beyond expectations. Today I visited this place. The atmosphere was good and the service was okay, but the most important thing — the food, especially the biryani — was very disappointing. The taste was poor and not worth the money at all. The one thing that should have been the best turned out to be the worst. Overall, it was not a good experience, and this will be my last visit.
