I ordered whooper burger meal for my friend with swiggy, but unfortunately, the quality was very poor. The food had an unpleasant taste and smell, and my friend had to throw it. This experience was disappointing, and it has led me to decide not to visit Burger King again. Horrible experience. I ordered two XL Whopper burgers from this place through Zomato. I received only one burger, which was in a sealed packet. When I called the Burger King location, the staff member was rude and completely unhelpful. They initially refused to acknowledge their mistake and blamed the Zomato delivery partner. We called the delivery partner, who confirmed that he only received and delivered the single, small package. When we called Burger King again, a staff member named Akash Singh told us to place a new order for fries so that he could send the missing burger along with it. I am very upset by the staff's behavior and attitude. First, they denied their mistake, and then they blamed the Zomato delivery partner. A major concern I have is this: if they truly packed two burgers initially, why did they require us to place a new, separate order to receive the missing burger? Furthermore, correcting their mistake cost me an extra ₹114. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
