They should concentrate on their customers at least when there is no rush in the hotel. We were there to celebrate our friend's birthday.We got impressed at the entry but after entering the hotel the experience was not that good. First that the place where we sat AC was not working.Ambience of the hotel was also average n not so attractive. The service was too slow .The food Quality was not that good. It took so long for our biryani to come which was not up to the mark as we had expected. At least they should Focus on their speciality dishes like biryani in this case. Staff was polite n cool. Overall i will give 2 stars to this hotel. I have one suggestion for Biryani Darbar that better focus on quality guys next time ????All the best????
