Absolutely disgusting experience with Biryani By Kilo Kammanahalli. I placed an order that was accepted and supposedly prepared by 8:13 PM, but even by 9:50 PM there was no delivery. After wasting nearly two hours waiting, they had the audacity to cancel the order claiming “customer changed his mind” — a complete lie. I called their service number thrice and each time was falsely assured that the order would be dispatched in 15 minutes. Every promise turned out to be empty. The staff member, as per Truecaller named Sanjay Chettri, eventually confirmed he was cancelling the order without any accountability. This outlet completely ruined our dinner plans, wasted time, and left me uncertain about my refund. Pathetic service, false commitments, and absolutely no regard for customer experience. Never ordering from this branch again. Service: 1
