Very disappointing experience. The staff didn’t seem happy, and it became obvious why — nothing is sourced locally. All their stock is shipped from another state, which means even basic items like chicken are already 4–5 days old by the time they serve it. Simple things weren’t available: no Coke, no roti, and the tandoor wasn’t working. They offered only roomali roti, and the “tandoori chicken” was actually cooked in a fry pan instead of a tandoor. Overall, the quality just isn’t there, and the lack of fresh ingredients really shows. Would not recommend until they improve both their sourcing and basic setup. It used to be authentic biryani experience but not any more sad the charm is gone, company is more focus on centralising instead of local charm, even its under staff one waiter has to help in kitchen, packaging and serving, he is never available for service its not his mistake its how company treats him. Beware of this place dont give centralised call center number to call fix your service and I will fix the reivew too, if you buy local, support local, pay decent wage to yoru staff, dont make them over work, keep tandoor working i will change my reivew i am not calling your call center.
