After getting an excessively salty biryani from Zomato, I received a phone call from the establishment asking me to take down my review. They also offered to send me a replacement meal as a gesture of goodwill, which I agreed to, and they fulfilled that promise. I'm quite dissatisfied with food since the chicken biryani I received only had two small pieces of chicken and very little quantity overall. Additionally, I found a piece of plastic thread in the dish. If you genuinely want to apologize, you should prioritize providing customers with food that meets appropriate quality and quantity standards. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
