Dear Al Rehman Hotel Team, I recently ordered a full plate Chicken 65 of price Rs 315 with tax from your Jafar Nagar branch. However, I received the parcel, the quantity was noticeably less than expected for a full plate. I was quite disappointed, as I usually enjoy your food and was expecting the standard portion size. I kindly request that you look into this issue and ensure better consistency in the future. Please give more quantity. Looking forward to your response. Tried the signature dish at Al Rahman and it was genuinely flavorful definitely the highlight of the visit. The space felt a bit compact and cramped, especially during peak hours, which took away from the overall comfort. Service was just about okay not bad, but not particularly attentive either.
