Come to this restaurant to taste good chicken biryani, chicken and beef. Most reviewers suppose that the staff is nice at this place. A number of visitors point out that the service is decent. Moderate prices are something that should be noted about Biriyani peediya ( ബിരിയാണി പീടിയ). The cool atmosphere makes a positive impression on customers. But this place hasn't received a high rating from Google users.

I yesterday visited this hotel for dinner, and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. I ordered the Fish Thawa, but the dish was of poor quality. The fish was not fresh, had an unpleasant smell, and the taste was off-putting. I immediately raised a concern with the staff, but was met with a dismissive response. To make matters worse, another customer near my table also experienced a similar issue with their fish dish. It seems like the problem was not isolated. Given the high prices, I expected much better quality and service. Sadly, the lack of a proper resolution and attention to customer concerns has left me disappointed. I hope the management will take customer feedback seriously and improve the quality of both the food and the service in the future. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner

I had a terrible experience with this restaurant on 2/12. I placed an order, but the food, which was supposed to arrive on time, was only delivered late at 3:40 PM, despite ordering at 2:12 PM—an unacceptable delay. To make matters worse, the food was damaged and inedible. Adding to this, the staff were incredibly rude and even misbehaved with my mother when we raised the issue. I have proof, including photos of the damaged food and evidence of the delivery time. This was one of the worst experiences I've had, and I strongly advise others to avoid this place.
