Disappointing Experience – Overpriced & Poor Service Here's a review you can post on Google Reviews: I recently visited Biriyani Kada, and my experience was disappointing. 1. Food Quality– The biriyani was below average in taste, definitely not worth ₹190, especially when the average price for biriyani in Kottayam is around ₹130. The rice was overly sticky, lacking the proper texture and aroma. 2. Pricing– Overpriced for the quality served. Not justified. 3. Customer Service– The billing receptionist was rude. He initially refused to provide change for ₹500 and didn’t offer an alternative like Google Pay. When he finally gave the balance, he did so reluctantly and without any courtesy. 4. Ambience – The only good part of the experience was the ambience. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend this place if you’re looking for value-for-money biriyani. There are better options in Kottayam. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3
