As a regular user of Zomato Gold, I recently ordered biriyani and received curry instead. This mistake is disappointing and raises questions about the fairness of the service. I requested a different dish but received something entirely different, with no refund offered. This lack of professionalism is unexpected and not in line with the standards I expect from a service that I use regularly.
