The taste of the paneer was bitter, which made the dish unpleasant. It seemed either stale or not fresh, and it affected the overall quality of the meal.

Veg tawa was like Bhindi Masala. i couldn't find other vegetables in it.dal khichdi wasn't the same as earlier.

I went to bird valley with my family. we ordered veg manchow soup and I was feeding the same to my little one also. I took a sip and realized something hard came to my mouth, after checking I got to know it is a piece of plastic, fortunately that particular sip I took and not my little one otherwise that plastic would have stuck in his throat. I want to ask why we go to some brand or chain of restaurants because we trust the hygiene and quality, but if that is also compromised then why to trust them at all is really a big question mark. also the manager came and was just telling me that he can ask for another soup but was not ready to investigate the cause which is more pathetic and raised doubt on hygine
