Binge on Burgers, or BOB as some folks call it, cater to a very specific crowd of Central India: the people who actually love burgers! Being one of them (za burger lovers), visited this place one fine evening with a dear friend of mine, was surprised to see how they've laid down the entire place in a small ! Honestly, I dig the aesthetics and the outdoor seating as well, but insides of the place feel a bit cramped, although, not a big worry. Their chicken burgers might be the best in town: just the right amount of crunch and softness to them! The patties are huge, quite legit stuff, mates. The burger buns are sweet like brioche and well toasted (upon request), which I really like! The sauces used in the burgers were well paired and the right amount of sauciness, which was a delight. Drinks are pretty cool too. The star of my visit was the onion rings: my first time ever having those in Indore, and they didn't disappoint at all. They were well seasoned, crispy on the outside with that signature "CRRRRUNCH", and well cooked on the inside which limited the rawness of the onions. The picture I've added will absolutely not do justice to how good these were. Overall, a solid burger joint / shack (whatever you want to call it). Sad to know that they've shut their operations at the Vijay Nagar branch. Eh, it's alright though. Would get more burgers soon!
