I booked the room for my father. WiFi was not Working. First day no hot water in bathroom. In the midnight central air conditioner not working. Staff told my father that management is switching off the AC. in midnight. Rain came in the morning and water was leaking in room, they changed the room. Service: 1

This was by far the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at, not just in Chitrakoot but anywhere. The staff was shockingly rude and unhelpful right from the moment we checked in. To make matters worse, there was a rat in our room, which is absolutely unacceptable and raises serious concerns about hygiene and cleanliness. There was no hot water in the bathrooms, even after repeated requests. When we asked for extra towels because ours were wet and hadn’t dried (due to poor ventilation), we were flatly denied. The attitude of the staff was indifferent and dismissive throughout the stay. The entire experience was extremely disappointing, and I would strongly advise future travelers to look elsewhere. This hotel needs a serious overhaul in both maintenance and basic hospitality standards. Service: 1
